To begin, could you introduce yourself in a few words?

Hello, my name is Christine. Before embarking on this new adventure, I was an accountant for a large group then administrative manager of an agency in a control office.

What motivated you to get involved in the management of vacation rentals?

I acquired professional experience in the field of seasonal rentals. This allowed me to meet people, owners and tenants, to discuss, to be attentive and to be able to best satisfy them in their requests and expectations.

Why did you choose the city of Lège-Cap-Ferret to set up your business?

Living nearby, my choice was obvious…… the Arcachon basin and more specifically Lège Cap Ferret and its peninsula. Tourism is very developed there and the place is magnificent.

What places would you recommend to a traveler wishing to explore this city?

Walks or bike rides in the surrounding forests, the basin with changing colors and lights depending on the weather and the tides, pinnace rides on the basin, the fishing villages where you can taste oysters, shrimps , etc… and the nearby ocean and not forgetting the Médoc not far away where you can discover wine estates and castles and taste good wine.

What benefits do you find in working in rental management?

The management of seasonal rentals requires organization, rigor and offers a service to customers, it is very motivating! The tourist sector of the region is such that the activity seems to me ideal to develop.

What are the essential qualities in your profession?

Have a sense of relationship, organization and be available and responsive to owners and tenants.
