Laundry management by our concierge
Our job is to ensure the comfort of your tenants during their stay. Thus, and as part of our services and rental management services, we are also committed to laundry services for your house or apartment. Linen is a key element of passenger comfort: it is handled by each tenant and should be exemplary, if only for thehygiene housing or out of respect for tenants. We therefore pay particular attention to the linen provided in the accommodation so that it, far from being a secondary factor for tenants, becomes an asset and a mark of seriousness and care brought to rentals.
Clean linen for your seasonal rentals
YourHostHelper takes care of your linens with each Airbnb rental. Thus, our service is operational from the end of the rentals to renew and clean the linens to leave nothing to chance and ensure that the next occupants of the accommodation will also benefit from an exemplary service concerning the household linen. house, as well as all other services offered by our concierge.
YourHostHelper is committed to providing the following for each booking:
- 1. One sheet cleaned and ironed per bed;
- 2. One duvet cover per bed;
- 3. An appropriate number of pillow cases;
- 4. One bath towel per Traveler;
- 5. A hand towel;
- 6. One bath mat per bathroom:
- 7. One square face per Traveler;
- 8. An appropriate number of tea towels.
The above items will only be provided once at the start of the reservation. If the Customer wishes their replacement, the latter must make a request to YourHostHelper in order to reserve a new linen service. The replacement of the linen will then be carried out under the same conditions as those under which a change of tenant takes place in the rental.
The choice of linen for your rental:
The YourHostHelper team leaves nothing to chance and we have internal rules forwelcome travelers in the best conditions. For example, each traveler will have at least a bath towel, a hand towel and a face pad at their disposal and provided by our services. The quality of the textiles is taken into account. For comfort and satisfaction as much as to ensure the quality of fabrics and their durability in use, we provide linens (towels, sheets, covers, tea towels ...) quality, durable and comfortable to use. Any tired, damaged or deteriorated laundry is thus replaced so as to keep the same quality of service throughout the rentals and tenants in the accommodation for which we manage the seasonal and short-term rentals.
