The first Your Host Helper agency was created in Cannes in 2017. Located in the heart of the city, this agency has enabled us to develop and consolidate a full range of concierge and rental management services. Our approach: respond concretely to the problems of owners and tenants by bringing the best of traditional hotels to the world of rentals between individuals while maintaining each of the advantages of the Airbnb model: the comfort, flexibility and uniqueness of each accommodation. .

Building on our success with both landlords and tenants, we wanted to expand YourHostHelper nationwide and extend our high-quality service to other French cities. This initiative resulted in the creation of the YourHostHelper Independent Advisor program, specializing in concierge services and property management. This expansion also provided the opportunity to integrate new services into our offering, such as real estate agents specializing in rental investments.

In addition to our Airbnb concierge and real estate agent services, we've chosen to integrate vacation and Airbnb rental bookings directly into our process. We've developed our own online vacation booking system: YourHostHelper Vacation Rentals. This three-part service package now allows us to support owners and renters at every stage of their vacation rental projects.
