These 3 postal codes are primarily used to direct the proprietary leads generated by the parent company. Indeed, in parallel with your local prospecting, YourHostHelper manages shared communication channels across the entire network (website, advertising, brand awareness, etc.), which generates inbound requests from homeowners interested in our services. When one of these requests matches one of your postal codes, It is transmitted directly to you..
These leads are therefore added to your own local prospecting, without replacing them: they represent a complementary source of potential customers, brought about by the strength of the network and the brand.
Finally, these proprietary leads are exclusively assigned to you: when a request matches your sector, it is reserved for you and is never transferred in parallel to another licensee.

Yes. You freely select three postal codes in France, typically in nearby towns or districts where you will be active on a daily basis. These areas are not exclusive: you retain complete freedom to develop your business elsewhere. In exchange, YourHostHelper exclusively provides you with proprietary leads corresponding to your postal codes—never shared with other licensees.
YourHostHelper grants you a brand license for a period of one year, automatically renewed on the anniversary date. Therefore, entering into the YourHostHelper license agreement obligates you to fulfill your commitments for a minimum period of one year.
YourHostHelper provides free training on all aspects of the profession: reservation management, rate optimization, customer relations, channel manager usage, regulations, digital marketing, etc. The training combines theory and practice for immediate implementation.
From the moment you join, YourHostHelper ensures you receive qualified leads from interested owners in your area. At the same time, we train you in local prospecting techniques to independently grow your portfolio and provide you with ready-to-print/distribute marketing materials.
You get access to our professional channel manager for €19 (including VAT) per property per month, communication tools, contract templates, and ongoing support. Everything is designed to make your day-to-day operations easier.
The brand license agreement is not a franchise and there is no entry fee. Only a monthly fee of €199,00 (including VAT) is required to join the brand license, and this fee is payable monthly. Please note that you will need to budget for the costs associated with setting up your business (depending on the legal structure chosen and if this hasn't already been done) and running your business (linens, consumables, etc.). These costs can be spread out as your business develops. YourHostHelper also gives you access to its network of service providers/suppliers to obtain preferential rates.
The monthly fee you will pay to YourhostHelper for the brand license is €199,00 including VAT. In addition to this fixed fee, there are software costs of €19,00 including VAT per month per property connected to the channel manager. For example, if you manage 5 properties with full management, you will pay YourHostHelper €199 (fixed fee) + 5 x €19 (5 properties at €19 each), for a total of €294 including VAT.
Yes, you retain your complete legal and decision-making independence. You are neither an employee nor a franchisee. YourHostHelper supports you by providing branding, tools, training, and prospecting solutions.
