How are my future tenants chosen?

We attach great importance to the selection of tenants. On Airbnb, we make sure that your future tenants have positive ratings. If these visitors do not have ratings, we will contact them by phone to validate that they correspond to the specificities of your residence. Each visitor pays a deposit for their stay. With YourHostHelper, there is no commitment. If you no longer wish to use our rental management services, don't worry! After validation with the account manager, you can modify access to your account and our team will no longer have access to your ad. It's simple and free. How can I change my Airbnb calendar?

YourHostHelper does not take control of your property, you have full rights and access to your listing. You can change the availability of your property by logging into your account or by asking us directly. In addition, our agencies do not impose any minimum availability. You are free to entrust us with your accommodation for a week, a month or the whole year and enjoy it for yourself or your loved ones as you see fit. The quality of our services remains the same and our prices remain unchanged, whatever the periods of availability of your property for seasonal and short-term rental.

How do you access my Airbnb account?

Once our contract has been signed, we will create a new login ID for you to simultaneously access your account. The procedure is done in a few minutes and does not require any technical knowledge. It allows you to take full advantage of your account as before benefiting from our services while allowing our Airbnb concierge team to work with all the tools necessary for the full and complete accomplishment of its missions.

Who collects the travelers' money and collects the rents?

Everything is done through the Airbnb platform, we do not collect your income. The money from the reservations is paid directly into your bank account by the Airbnb site. Transparency is thus total: you will be able to follow the evolution of your rental income by consulting your own bank account and in complete autonomy. That said, to facilitate your daily management, we provide you with our seasonal rental tracking application. This will allow you to consult the reservations diary but also and above all to access the accounting module. How do I pay for your concierge services?

At the end of each month, we will send you an invoice containing our work carried out during the past period. Compensation for our Airbnb rental management services is through a 20% commission on rental income. in other words, you pay nothing until your accommodation is rented. You also have the assurance of never spending more than your home has brought in over a given period. Finally, our invoices are based on the income and rents actually collected: you therefore do not have to advance any costs and can easily self-finance our concierge services over the months for transparent and simplified financial management. Do I have to pay you if I don't have a reservation?

No. If you do not receive any rental income, we will not charge you, unless agreed in advance for various services performed. Our only remuneration is the 20% commission on rental income, no fixed costs are taken into account. On the other hand, our concierges make every effort to increase your booking rate throughout the year. By optimizing online advertisements but also by greatly improving the quality of services for your tenants, we manage to increase the number of booking days in the year and thus improve the occupancy rate of the accommodation.
