What was your background before joining YourHostHelper?

My name is Françoise CALABRO, and I am about to join the Grenoble sector.
I come from a commercial background, but I started my professional life in the secretarial field. Having a particular appetite for everything related to the handling of computer tools, I worked for several years as a computer technician then followed for 14 years, the position of head of customer recovery service and IT HOTLINE .
My curiosity and my thirst for knowledge, pushed me, concomitantly with my executive activity, to discover the world of real estate which strongly attracted me.

I started this real estate journey by accessing the profession of mortgage brokerage that I exercised after obtaining my diploma with flying colors, for 2 years. The second step in this journey, and because a real estate agency trusted me, was to work as a commercial agent for almost 2 years. My desire to learn all the facets of this world also led me to work as an inventory expert for 1 year and finally, 6 months as a property hunter.

This journey, which I can call atypical, allowed me to know exactly what facet of this job was made for me. After 30 years of soporific and recurring tasks that was my job as service manager, I decided to put my skills at the service of small and medium-sized businesses as a part-time accounting secretary, while waiting for an opportunity in the field of the real estate that I had so appreciated.

Why did you choose to start with this network? What elements particularly appealed to you?

Personally, I don't have any property, but I have developed a keen eye and quite remarkable skills in real estate. The desire to create a conciergerie had been dormant in me for a long time.
Being able to help its owners who are often overwhelmed by all this administrative work and free them from all this time will give me great satisfaction.

Take care of the goods, keep them impeccable as if they were ours, receive the tenants and that they are delighted with the quality of the service. Well, all of this brings together everything I have loved about my entire career in real estate. In short, make everyone happy.

I want to join the network today because what it offers, the quality of services, the transparency in our exchanges, our ideas, our values, the response given to guests, the material and human help it provides, and Well, all of this made me decide to surround myself well and to be accompanied.

How does the concept meet an expectation of Airbnb apartment owners and others?

The fact of having a quality service, an irreproachable good, an irreproachable reception, well that allows the owner to value his accommodation well or better. Which, through the effect of communicating chairs, generates good reviews and therefore more rentals.

How were you supported during your business creation and launch?

I used to create companies and in particular SAS, I did not need for this part.

Did the initial training meet your expectations?

For the moment I am at the initiation, but everything is going wonderfully well with Angélique.

How do you see the future within the network? What are your goals ?

The values ​​of the network are completely in line with mine, the paramount importance of owner satisfaction. I envision and above all wish to get off to a flying start and make as many owners as possible happy to have chosen us. My objective is to develop, accompanied by the network, my sector still unoccupied by YourHosHelper.

What, in your opinion, are the essential qualities to succeed with YourHostHelper?

Already, in my opinion, one of the essential qualities for success is to know how to put yourself in the place of the tenant, to anticipate his needs and his future needs. Just as we do when we ourselves go to our vacation spot……what would we have done better than them?? I can make a long list.
Then what flows from source, it is necessary to be available, even if we are not it, to be dynamic, attentive, sometimes even a bit of empathy, that reassures... And the icing on the cake! love our job! and love to make happy.
