To begin, could you introduce yourself in a few words?

Hello, Let me introduce myself, Alexandra Schildknecht, I manage the Bordeaux sector and its outskirts. Previously, I worked for 15 years as a sales representative and director in exceptional transport, I also worked in the banking sector.

What motivated you to get involved in the management of vacation rentals?

I got into seasonal rental management because I was looking for an activity that could link human services, contacts, challenges in order to satisfy customers. And for once, we have two types of clientele, owners who entrust us with their property and tenants who wish to find tranquility and services during their stays.

Why did you choose the city of Bordeaux to set up your business?

Living in Bordeaux for 6 years, it is an attractive city throughout the year, where there are many historical monuments. Wine lovers, you will be able to delight your taste buds, especially since Bordeaux has gourmet restaurants, starred restaurants, wine bars, markets offering regional products, local specialties such as Bordeaux canelé... There is no shortage of Bordeaux gastronomic offer not ! After strolling through the streets of Bordeaux, you can relax by the ocean or the Arcachon basin.

What places would you recommend to a traveler wishing to explore this city?

I advise travelers to take a walk on the quays to reach the mirror of water, move forward on the Place de la Bourse and go to rue Sainte Catherine for 1.2kms to do your shopping and eat in the many restaurants around.

What benefits do you find in working in rental management?

The management of seasonal rentals requires organization, rigor and offers customer service. That's what motivates me. The tourist sector in the region is such that this activity seems to me ideal for developing this type of activity.

What are the essential qualities in your profession?

In our business, customer satisfaction is the priority and for that, you have to be organized, responsive, and have a network of partners.
