Win an Airbnb stay worth 1 euros to work from home

Is it possible to reconcile travel and work? Airbnb tries to explore this question and proposes to motivate teleworkers to travel to destinations of choice, in France, to show that travel and work can go hand in hand. On this occasion, Airbnb renews its partnership with the Association of Rural Mayors of France (AMRF) and opens a competition from October 11 to 25, 2022 to win a stay of €1000 to try telework.

The collaboration between Airbnb and the Association of Rural Mayors of France:

The collaboration between these two entities is not new and was born during the global health crisis and the democratization of teleworking. At the source of this initiative, there are two major observations: telework allows workers to move easily from one office to another. Second observation: small rural municipalities have all the comforts to accommodate teleworkers. The partnership therefore aims to put forward these “ideal” telework destinations to bring teleworkers and destinations together.

Three towns have been designated: Radepont in the Eure, La Ferté-Saint-Cyr in the Loir-et-Cher and Semur-en-Auxois on the Côte d'Or. All three have accommodation suitable for teleworking (office, high-performance wifi connection, proximity to a coworking space, etc.) while offering great outdoor activities to relax and take your mind off things by taking full advantage of your right to disconnect. Three different rural municipalities, three different environments or yet a common motivation: to invite people to discover and to take advantage of the advantages that telework allows.

“Even if our sector is not directly concerned (our concierge service is based in Arcachon and around the basin), this collaboration is welcome. First of all, it shows that Airbnb is involved in the local fabric. In addition, there is a strong appetite of the French for stays in France and in particular in greener and less saturated destinations. This program therefore has the double advantage of meeting the expectations of travelers with those of local elected officials. In addition, telework having developed strongly, all the lights are green for a successful collaboration. » Analysis Nora Le Faou of our concierge service in Arcachon.

The contest to win an Airbnb stay of 1000€:

Airbnb and the AMRF are therefore organizing a contest in which 3 people (and their spouse) can win a stay worth €1000 in one of the three cities mentioned above. To take the competition, you will need to be an adult natural person residing in France, have health insurance but also the right to stay in France (French nationality, visa, etc.). Cannot participate: directors, representatives, employees, independent contractors, advertisers and agents of Airbnb, teams of the Association of Rural Mayors of France and those of Bruno Maltor, including their subsidiaries or related companies (collectively with Airbnb, the “Releasees”), and their immediate family members.

How to participate ? Nothing could be simpler: all you have to do is fill out the form on the dedicated page: Teleworking in rural areas connected between October 11 and 25, 2022. The winners will be drawn on October 26 and informed by email before November 1.

One thing is certain, these destinations are particularly attractive. The photographs published on the competition page speak for themselves and there is no doubt that the three winners will benefit from a particularly interesting experience to try telework for a long period of time. Note that a blogger, named Bruno Maltor (@brunomaltor on instagram) had the chance to explore telework in Semur-en-Auxois in preview and recounts this particular experience via his Instagram account, to discover without hesitation to better identify the prize to be won in the contest.
