A simple formula: Complete Management. This formula includes, by default, all the YourHostHelper services described on the page rental management services. We take care of everything and take a 20% commission on the total revenue per booking. You therefore only pay for our rental management service if you rent and can follow your reservations and income on a dedicated application.

Take the case of Xavier who rents his apartment for 200€/night

Step 1 - Apartment rental

Xavier's apartment is rented for 5 days, i.e. € 1000 gross income. To this are added the cleaning costs of 50 € paid by the tenant.
Global Gross Income: 1050 €

Step 2 - YourHostHelper commission

YourHostHelper takes a fixed commission of 20% on the Gross income plus the cleaning costs paid by the tenant.

Registration process

1 - Contact us

Complete the Contact form by giving us the basic information of your apartment: address, number of rooms, surface area, availability for rental ... If you already have an Airbnb ad, do not hesitate to share the link with us.

2 - Visit of your accommodation
We will contact you to arrange a viewing of your apartment and answer all your questions. During this visit, we will inform you about the YourHostHelper method and collect all the information about your apartment.

3 - Setting up the service
After acceptance of the YourHostHelper contract, we create your new email address dedicated to helping you manage your accommodation as well as your Airbnb ad. YourHostHelper is here to support you and make sure you have peace of mind.

Clear pricing for your rental management

Throughout the process of Concierge Service, we are committed to offering total transparency. It starts with the rental of your apartment or house: this is done on your behalf. You therefore perceive directly rental income. You then pay us the 20% commission corresponding to the concierge services of YourHostHelper. As explained above, Yourhost helper receives a 20% commission on rental income + cleaning / maintenance costs. These are the responsibility of the tenant: they are therefore not included in the commission you pay us, we do not take any commission on this service.

The only remuneration for our rental management services being the commission on rental income, no additional costs will be asked of you with YourHostHelper. No deposit at the start of the management contract, nor any fixed payment during or at the end of the contract. Since you are the recipient of the rental income and you keep a complete overview of past, current and future reservations in your property, you know exactly what your income is and what the YourHostHelper commission amount is. This operation guarantees you total and permanent transparency concerning the income from rentals in your accommodation.

How our concierge service works:

No fixed charge is linked to your contract with YourHostHelper. Only the 20% commission on rental income is requested. For the establishment of the contract between you and us, it happens in 3 steps.

  • 1th step: All you need to do is complete the form on the "Estimate my income" page. We will thus have the essential information to take your request into account. To better understand your needs, we invite you to give us the address of your Airbnb listing if you already have one. This will be invaluable to us in estimating your property and taking your request into account upstream.
  • 2nd step: We are coming back to you for a first exchange and to organize a meeting. We then meet in the rental accommodation. This important step allows us to visualize the property to be promoted and to capture the points that should be highlighted. In addition, this is the perfect opportunity for us to give you a concrete presentation of our operation and to answer all your questions.
  • 3nd step: We set up the concierge service in Cannes for your accommodation. As soon as the contract is signed, you will be given essential elements to enable you to actively monitor the current rentals in your home and the income received. At the same time, we are at your disposal for any questions regarding the rental management of your property.
