Consequently, the times of arrival and departure of the tenant, the number of people present in the accommodation, the presence of pets, the fact of smoking are all rules to be respected. In the rental of entire dwellings or specific rooms / rooms of a dwelling, the tenant must respect the parts which are not authorized to him.
