It is with the concern of the quality that we provide by ourselves the household linen. This guarantees that you always offer linen in good condition to your tenants. We work with a wholesaler capable of providing household linen adapted to the needs of seasonal rentals and the hotel industry in general. The linen is thus of exemplary quality but also durable and designed for intensive use. Your tenants benefit from linen that is clean, maintained and pleasant to use on a daily basis. Whatever the equipment and composition of your accommodation (number of bedrooms, size of beds, bathrooms, etc.), the linen is provided in adequate quantities and made to measure.

YourHostHelper is committed to providing the following for each booking:

  • 1. One sheet cleaned and ironed per bed;
  • 2. One duvet cover per bed;
  • 3. An appropriate number of pillow cases;
  • 4. One bath towel per Traveler;
  • 5. A hand towel;
  • 6. One bath mat per bathroom:
  • 7. One square face per Traveler;
  • 8. An appropriate number of tea towels.

The above items will only be provided once at the start of the reservation. If the Customer wishes their replacement, the latter must make a request to YourHostHelper in order to reserve a new linen service. The replacement of the linen will then be carried out under the same conditions as those under which a change of tenant takes place in the rental.

Daily linen maintenance by our Cannes concierge:

By default, our concierge service in Cannes takes care of the maintenance of the household linen made available: this is a service included from the outset in our Full Management offer. Thus, at the end of each stay, our cleaning staff, in addition to carrying out a complete professional cleaning of your accommodation, is responsible for collecting the used linen and replacing it with clean linen. The linen used is sent to the laundry. The following tenants therefore automatically find accommodation with freshly cleaned linen on their arrival.
