Welcoming tenants / Airbnb check-in with YourHostHelper

As part of our rental management contract, our team takes care of welcoming your tenants. Short-term rentals lead owners to make themselves available very regularly, sometimes more than they are allowed to accommodate tenants. By delegating this task to our concierge, you save precious time: your immediate and on-site availability is no longer required and no unforeseen events disrupt your schedule: we ourselves manage the arrivals of tenants and discuss directly with- them of the arrival time. In the event of an unforeseen event, we directly take care of setting up a new meeting and making ourselves available to welcome your guests in the best possible conditions.

The importance of the Airbnb check-in:

This is the first real glimpse of the home and its owner that your tenant will have. This most important step marks the start of your new guests' vacation or work stay: everything must take place under the best possible conditions. Welcoming tenants is an opportunity to "score points" in order to gain a positive opinion on the travel experience of your guests at your place. YourHostHelper makes sure to meet all the conditions so that the check-in goes as smoothly as possible.

What YourHostHelper will have organized for the check-in:

Before any arrival of new tenants, our team of concierges will have carefully prepared your accommodation. Professional cleaning will have been carried out, the household linen will have been changed and placed in the places provided, as well as all the consumables will have been renewed. Also, our team will have spoken directly with your guests to agree on their date and time of arrival. We make every effort to be available and accommodating in the event of a problem with the date and time of arrival. Our organization allows us to react quickly and adapt our agenda. Thus, even in the event of the unforeseen, we are able to welcome your guests in the best conditions.

The organization of the check-in:

- Your YourHostHelper concierge arrives several minutes before the agreed appointment.
- We welcome newcomers to the accommodation address with a smile and professionalism.
- We visit the accommodation together to effectively present the places to newcomers
- We present the operation of furniture / real estate / household appliances
- We carry out the inventory together and manage the deposit for the stay
- We inform tenants about all the things to know for their stay
- We suggest places and activities nearby so that your tenants have an excellent stay.
- Of course, we also give the keys of the accommodation to new tenants

Management of unforeseen events: delays, cancellations, etc.

Vacation rental tenants very often come from far away, make the journey for the first time and know little about the region and their destination city. Our contingency management begins upon reservation by informing future tenants about the main modes of access to your accommodation (airports, train stations, highway access, private drivers, etc.) to facilitate their journey and minimize unforeseen events at the source.

In the event of a delay, whether announced or not, we make sure to adapt our agenda as quickly as possible so that neither your travelers nor our team are penalized by this inconvenience. We actively communicate with your guests to agree on another meeting time and in general, to find the best solution to the unforeseen encountered.

A last minute cancellation is always bad news, but this is by no means exceptional. In this case, our team reacts quickly to the cancellation by communicating with the tenant initially planned and is responsible for applying the cancellation rules defined at the time of booking. We update the calendar of your accommodation as soon as possible so that the accommodation does not remain vacant despite this unforeseen availability.
