Hello Yann! To start, could you introduce yourself in a few words?
Yann Morais, Practitioner, instructor, outdoor sports athlete, I like to evolve on different terrains, to move from action to organization, to juggle between the management of my company, the management of a team, to manage the negotiations with the providers and customer relations. Available and dynamic, I have a culture of performance and results by showing flexibility and versatility.
What motivated you to get involved in the management of vacation rentals?
The desire, to set up on my own via a quality franchise after more than 3 years of experience in managing a real estate agency.
Why did you choose the city of Toulon to set up your activity?
The Var department, in which I have been established for several years, is valued by these natural spaces, the sea and the sun ... Toulon, Six-Fours, Sanary and Bandol are privileged places for both discovering all the joys of residing or staying on the Mediterranean coast.
What places would you recommend to a traveler wishing to discover Toulon?
In Toulon, we walk, we stroll, we go up and we contemplate ... we also eat, we walk, we run a little, we shout "Pilou!" Pilou! »And everyone knows why, we also meet some fadas sometimes, we have a drink facing the sea of course. Real estate and its customer service are a pleasure, being the owner of several properties, to use my experience, with satisfaction as a priority. It is my leitmotif "To have fun and to please" so what better way to profit from my relationship as a conciliator for business and human relations. I like to be of service and this job is made for me!
What are the essential qualities in your profession?
Rigor, availability, joie de vivre, listening skills, motivation, passion, organization, taste for challenge, enthusiasm, curiosity. To this recipe I add the requirement of high level sport in the service of my customers….

Can you describe for us the daily life in your job?
No boredom in this kind of job, especially on your own during the peak of the season ... It's what I love to be in action, at the cutting edge of technology to respond quickly to customers / prospects with optimization of services and prices on our various media platforms. The morning at the office / home, all the more in period of covid (teleworking) is oriented towards telephone prospecting / mailing by juggling the answers to be given to the various requests and needs of owners, renters, service providers… The afternoon in outside, on the land of the Var coast to meet tenants' appointments or with new owner clients.
What can we wish you the best in this new adventure?
Joy, fun, fulfillment, success and keep healthy with the first place on the podium of the cities represented by YourHostHelper! The objective is to use my know-how, with all of my practical and technical skills in the field of seasonal rental. My ability to apply my experience and knowledge acquired during my studies and training. My interpersonal skills linked to my attitude, my values, my personal and behavioral qualities which I demonstrate on a daily basis as well as in the professional field (courtesy, control of emotions, sense of measured / reserved behavior, good interpersonal skills, ability to team working, …)
