- I was looking for a new challenge and to give a new direction to my life.

- I chose these cities because they are magnificent towns with a strong identity linked to the sea, on the Atlantic Ocean. I have lived there for more than ten years, the quality of life is extraordinary in a temperate climate with superb landscapes that have nothing to envy to other parts of the world.
What are the essential qualities in your profession?
- I can bring together twenty years of experience in catering in Paris, where I worked in the most beautiful brasseries as chef de rang, maître d'hôtel, manager director, which allowed me to keep a rigor, a desire to provide my customers with high quality services. Back in Brittany, I took responsibility for after-sales service in a leading national brand, selling furniture and household electrical equipment for ten years. This allowed me to enrich my career and learn all the domestic problems related to materials. I have also been a real estate agent for two years to refine a cocktail of essential skills at the service of our guests.
