Who is the YourHostHelper concierge service for?

YourHostHelper is aimed at owners whose main or secondary residence is unoccupied all or part of the year. You may already have recourse to seasonal rental or be in the process of discovering this universe. Your accommodation must be suitable for short-term rental, i.e. in compliance with the regulatory framework, in good condition, equipped and furnished, but also well located. You entrust us with your accommodation and in return we bring you simplicity, profitability and peace of mind.

How much can I expect to earn with YourHostHelper rental management?

Difficult to say without knowing the characteristics of your residence. Nevertheless, we can assure you that you will earn more from us!

We write the ads carefully, select the most relevant distribution platforms for your property (Airbnb, HomeAway, Booking.com) and manage your prices dynamically. This means that the rental price of your apartment will be adjusted according to different criteria (day of the week, filling of neighboring properties, historical price, local events) to ensure the best profitability.

On the other hand, many of our concierge services aim (beyond simplifying your daily life) to improve the travel experience of your tenants. By improving the services offered to your tenants, we also increase the rental value of your accommodation to further maximize the rental income from your airbnb rentals.

How are my future tenants chosen?

We attach particular importance to the selection of visitors. On Airbnb, we make sure that your future visitors have positive reviews. If these visitors do not have any evaluations, we will contact them by phone to confirm that they correspond to the specificities of your residence. Each visitor pays a deposit for their stay.

We are also at your disposal to take into account the selection rules that may seem relevant to you. Be aware, however, that we are used to managing rentals and tenants and know how to attract and filter the best profiles to ensure, on both sides, a serene management of your seasonal rentals.

In which cities are your concierge services available?

Until 2021, we only worked in the Cannes sector, with our first concierge agency in Cannes. Things have since evolved and the creation of the YourHostHelper franchise has allowed us to provide the service of our first agency in several dozen cities in France.

Be aware that we regularly open new agencies: do not hesitate to contact us to make sure that a new YourHostHelper agency is not about to open near you in case there is none already.

If I want to stop using your services?

With YourHostHelper there is no commitment. You no longer want to use our services, no worries! After validation with your account manager, modify the access to your account and our team will no longer have access to your ad. It's simple and free. 

I don't have an Airbnb account… What should I do?

Don't panic, we're here to help. During our first meeting, we explain in detail the steps for creating your account. We then help you create and modify the ad to make it as attractive as possible.

We take care of creating optimized ad texts, taking professional photographs of your accommodation, distributing and synchronizing the booking diary on multiple online platforms to make your life easier.

Can I still use my Airbnb account to travel?

Of course: you remain the full owner of the Airbnb account. So you have it as you see fit and keep access to all its features.

How can I change my Airbnb calendar?

YourHostHelper does not take control of your accommodation, you have all rights and access to your listing. You can change your availability by logging into your account or asking us directly to do so.

Also note that YourHostHelper does not impose a minimum availability over the year. You are free to enjoy your accommodation yourself at the times that suit you best. The rate of our commission does not vary either according to the availability of the property or the rental income generated over the year.

But how do you access my Airbnb account?

Once our contract is signed, we create a new login for you to simultaneously access your account.

Who collects travelers' money?

Everything goes through the Airbnb platform, we absolutely do not manage your income. The money from your reservations is transferred directly to your bank account by the Airbnb site. This guarantees you total transparency: you will always and permanently know what rental income is generated by your property under our management by simply consulting your own bank account.

How are your concierge and rental management services billed?

At the end of each month, we issue you an invoice detailing the amount of our agency's commissions. YourHostHelper's commission is 20% on rental income. The calculation is therefore simple and verifiable by yourself, with ease.

Do I have to pay you if I don't have a reservation?

No. If you have no income, we do not charge you, except by prior agreement for different services performed. As long as you don't rent, you pay nothing. Our commission allows you to never pay more than your accommodation has brought you. Also, invoicing at the end of the month and after collection of the rents allows you not to advance funds for the concierge service and the management of your Airbnb rentals.
