Which profiles can become YourHostHelper advisors?
All profiles are welcome! Whether you're changing careers, already working in real estate or concierge services, or simply passionate about entrepreneurship, no previous experience is required. Our comprehensive training will get you up and running quickly.
How much can I earn as a consultant?
Your compensation ranges from 15% to 17% of the rental income generated. The larger your portfolio, the higher your income. With just 20 properties under management in a medium-sized city, you can aim for between €3,000 and €5,000 per month. Use our simulator above to estimate your potential in your city.
What training will I receive?
YourHostHelper provides free training on all aspects of the profession: reservation management, rate optimization, customer relations, channel manager usage, regulations, digital marketing, etc. The training combines theory and practice for immediate implementation.
How will I find my first clients?
From the moment you join, YourHostHelper ensures you receive qualified leads from interested owners in your area. At the same time, we train you in local prospecting techniques to independently grow your portfolio and provide you with ready-to-print/distribute marketing materials.
What tools are available to me?
You'll get free lifetime access to our professional channel manager (worth €18/month/well-connected), communication tools, contract templates, and ongoing support. Everything is designed to make your daily life easier.
Can I choose my geographic area?
Absolutely! You are free to choose your location. Whether it's your current city or an area with high tourist potential, the choice is entirely yours.
Are there any entry or franchise fees?
The consultant contract is not a franchise and there is no entry fee to pay. You start your business without any initial investment linked to the YourHostHelper network. Only the costs related to business creation (depending on the chosen status) and your activity (linen, consumables, etc.) need to be planned for. These can be spread out as your business develops + YourHostHelper gives you access to its network of service providers / suppliers to obtain preferential rates.
How much is the monthly fee?
The monthly fee you pay to YourhostHelper under your advisor contract is 5% of the housing costs by default. In concrete terms, when you provide full management of a property in exchange for a 20% commission on the Housing Costs (excluding cleaning fees), you receive 15% of the Housing Costs + the cleaning fees and pay us the remaining 5%.
Am I really independent?
Yes, you retain complete legal and decision-making independence. You are neither an employee nor a franchisee. YourHostHelper supports you as a business partner, providing you with branding, tools, training, and prospecting solutions.

The vacation rental sector has experienced average annual growth of +14% over the past three years. Owners are increasingly seeking professional support to maximize their revenue and delegate day-to-day management.
What legal status should I have?
Self-employment (micro-enterprise) status is often the most suitable for getting started. We assist you with administrative procedures and advise you on possible transitions to other statuses depending on your growth.
What support is available after training?
YourHostHelper's support is ongoing: technical support, regular webinars, a support group among advisors, tool updates, and additional training. You're never alone.
